Gran Toros / Sputafuoco Ford Mark II
The Gran Toros Ford Mark II was converted from the Mebetoys model number A-24 which was based on the famous LeMans race car.
Both models were made simultaneously until the Hot Wheels Gran Toros version (Sputafuoco) was discontinued. One of the original Gran Toros, it was part of the Sputafuoco and Heisse Räder Supergorss series and first appeared on the bottom of the North American box and the 1970 Mattel Toyfair catalog, the 1970 Mattel Italian Dealer catalog and the 1970 International catalog.
